I have tried and tried to install the B and O app.  I have uninstalled the realtek drivers and deleted all driver software. I reboot run the realtek software pack for this computer and the the B and O app will just not install contrary to any you so called experts and the only realtek folders are Bluetooth and WiFi no realtek audio folder is even installed. The sound works but no B and O app or hp audio switch..  This is extremely frustrating..  There has to be some factor missing here and yes I run the software as admin.... Of course the crappy HP support does not help. .... There has to be a real solution.. so far I have not found it.....

Where did you get Realtek Sound driver ? B&O should be under HP Audio Switch

I got the driver from the HP support assistant and although it installs the latest audio drivers STILL NO B and O app or Audio switch. I even used Winrar to unarc the files to a separate folder no appsx folder no reference at all to B and O. This is not the first time I've tried to do this IT NEVER installs any B and O app or any audio switch thing. tried several different audio install packages absolutely none install the B and O software... or switch.. I see several say your install advice works but not in my case. This is typical HP support. my machine is 14m-DH1003 windows 10 1909. 500gb nvme and 2tb sata ssd..32gb ram. I have even done a fresh win 10 install. BO was on my machine when I bought it new. It just will not install the B and O no matter what I try....

 I finally found this folder in the installer package 100296 the one the HP support assistant gave me. there is a HP hsa folder, in it there are B and O infs. HP audio control infs, and even an Omen inf file and an HP cat file.Can I use these to somehow install the B and O software?

No one really seems to know how to fix this issue. HP could but doesn't seem care about customers at all...NO excuse for this. ..It is just totally discouraging.....Come on!!  someone out there has to have the EXACT procedure to fix this......
