BANG & OLUFSEN

Product Name: HP Envy- AE008TX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Audio Device is not working properly. Internal sub woofers are not working.  Base Sound completey not working. Tried updating drives but nothing fruitful.

Try reinstalling the audio software package on the following link and see if that helps.

 

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp73001-73500/sp73189.exe

 

When the reinstallation has completed, restart the notebook.

Again its not working. But the sound during UEFI diagnostic tests is good.
