The internal microphone of the laptop is working with a very very low voice, it seems that it is buried under the screen, if i speak out loud, you can hear me talking but the voice is very very low like i'm buried under something
Also, i had a bad experience when i bought the laptop during 2018, in the specs, the laptop should obtain 2 GB DDR5 Graphics card while i recieved it with 2GB DDR3, and i was angry till i spoke to the support team, and they told me to give it back to the supplier and the supplier told me to give it to HP office, and the office refused to look at it.
Finally, i got a very good experience not to buy HP laptops again and not to recommend to anyone.
