Hallo community,

 

since a few days the audio quality is very bad. F.ex. if I listen to a youtube music video, the first 3-5 seconds are perfect then the quality degrades strongly. The B&O audio control doesn't connect to the RPC-service, too.

 

I recently ran updates recommended by HP support assistant, also the Realtek High Definition Audio driver was updated.

 

Sorry for my bad english, but I am Italian with german motherlanguage and therefore all my system informations are in German:

What can I do?
