Bang & Olufsen speakers not working on my brand new Spectre X360

first, I noticed the laptop sounds were not loud enough compared to other laptops. I thought this was a software configuration issue until I noticed the bang & Olufsen speaker on the front wasn't making any sounds whatsoever. this is very very disappointing from HP, being with the fact that I spent 2000 euros in purchasing this laptop. also, I also noticed playing games slows down completely when you switch to tablet mode which is very annoying. now I know this is a very huge mistake purchasing a new HP high-end product. Please do something whatever it is to solve my issue

I contacted the HP support via chat and he updated my bios to F.40 apparently this resolved the issue.
