Dear HP Community,

The sound quality of my Spectre x360 speakers is unacceptably bad. Just watching tutorial videos at around 80% of volume results in tinny, distorted, creaky sound that makes listening difficult and makes me want to use headphones.

Funny thing is a "Bang & Olufsen" logo printed on my laptop - such a sound quality would even be unacceptable for a non-branded speaker and puts B&O definitely to shame.

Does anyone have a similar experience or can this be a hardware issue on my device? Please let me know in your comments!

Thanks for sharing your experience.

Hey @PeterZentai ,

I do also have same problem as you. I have distorted sound on the left speaker.

I have also sound delay and DPC problems. Do you have any of these problems too?

Hi, thanks for the comment. No other issues experienced yet. Only the disastrous sound quality.
