I recently bought Omen 15-ce014nm model.
Issue I have is that when I play sound first second or two get cut out.
I tried installing Windows driver, and with that problem gets solved,
but quality of sound gets bad.
With B&O driver sound is very good but everytime I play something
that first second or two is just no sound.
I tried checking and unchecking all options
in both Omen Audio Control and Windows Sound, nothing changed.
Also, I tried installing latest Realtek driver from their site.
After that, it seems to be working ok,
but Omen Audio Control doesn't start.
It's all looking like a driver problem.
Has anyone experienced anything similar?
Is there way to get sound working normally
with Omen Audio Control working?
Thank you in advance.

Update:
As it seems problem occurs only on device connected to 3.5mm output
(headphones or speakers),
both with multistreaming enabled and disabled.
It occurs when nothing is played for a certain time.
Integrated speakers work ok.

Well, thanks for responses, I see HP support is very competent. 🙂
Until working driver gets released, anyone experiencing same issue
can follow @Cadmium solution on this LINK as temporary fix
or use it as-is if issue doesn't bother you and you prefer better sound.
I hope it gets fixed soon, as I don't like the idea of
throwing a lot of money for technology that does not work.
