Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The bang and Olufsen refuse to function no matter what resolution is being applied.

The unit is under warranty. The problem is hp support and aftersales service is horrible in my region, so I don't know how to reach out so that I get a proper solution. They are other problems as well.

Earlier I wanted resolutions for the issues faced but was not provided so.

You spend such a huge amount on a product and get peanuts in the name of after-sales service, even when the product is under warranty.

I am really disheartened with this product and curse myself for buying it.

Is it too much to ask for, that I get proper service for my product?
