I have a Spectre x360 15t (2-in-1) bought in July, and I've been having issues that my Bang Olufsen front speaker bar isn't working. I've ran many many tests and installed many updates/driver without being able to solve the issue. Original thread here: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Audio/Bang-n-Olufsen-speaker-doesn-t-work-HP-Spectre-x360/m-p...
Last step I was told to do was to do a "system restore" prior to updates before the audio issue. However, my system restore only goes back to last month.
I ran an audio diagnostic and found out that I only have 2 of 5 [audio] devices installed (see attachment). Is this an indication that I only have two working speakers as opposed to the quad-speakers in my laptop?
This is getting frustrating, I'm not sure how to identify what is missing after many steps/updates.
thanks,
Kelvin
