Product: envy 17
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a new envy 17 with bang &olufsen speakers. It should be a good sound, but is the poorest i ever hear.

It only looks like hidden sound into the computer, the earphones [edit] no treble, speakers vibrate when you increase the volume, and so......it is an absolutely disaster. Even my smartphone makes better sound when playing youtube.

 

No suuport to solve it?. For sure, will be the last HP i will buy, when i was coming from a Lenovo 17 that sound 1000x better,.

There are dozens if not hundreds of models/products called Envy, what is your envy 17  ?  Please use the following instructions to find out the model/product of your machine:

Please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n).
