HP Envy Laptop operating Windows 11. Laptop is new x 1 month. The audio suddenly disappeared.

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

 

I see you are experiencing No audio issues on the HP Envy Laptop as Bank & Olufsen has completely disappeared.

 

I have a few recommendations 

  • Update your Notebook computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM.
  • Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date. 
  • Try doing a System Restore on the PC
  • Check with the headphones if there is audio/sound on the Laptop
