Microsoft Windows 11

I am using a HP Probook since last 3 months. I have a bluetooth headphone (Realme Buds Wireless 3) which connects to the laptop and output is also shown in the system but I dont get any sound in the headphone. the inbuilt speaker is working fine but when i switch the output to headphone the laptop goes silent and i dont get any sound from the headphones either. strangely just when i open the sound troubleshooter, the headphones start to work fine and I get sound. But for this, I need to keep the troubleshooter window open as just after 2-3 seconds of closing the troubleshooter window the sound goes again. this is really frustrating. I have tried updating all drivers (Blutooth, audio device etc.) i tried repairing the windows also, my windows is updated and there are no windows or optional updates pending.
