Bluetooth Headphones

Hello, I' ve been having trouble pairing my wireless Sony headphones to my laptop. I have followed every step and it just doesn't recognize the headphones. Are there any tips or solutions to this. For example, I have my mouse set up via bt and works just fine. The headphones work as well in my phone.

That means nothing wrong with your machine. Can your machine see your headphones ?

   (a) If not: you have to allow your headphones to be discoverable

   (b) If yes, but won't connect, you have to contact Sony to get its driver and install to your computer.
