Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I connected the Bluetooth headphones to the pc, but it shows that the headphones are not plugged in in the playback option. Basically, the PC is not accepting the earbuds as an audio device  (it's not accepting any other earbuds either). And I've tested the earbuds, they work fine on other devices....I've tried so many things, but nothing worked. What should I do? please help!
