HP Recommended
Product: HP ProBook 4740
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My Bluetooth device stopped playing working as headphones at some point. it works as a headset, but it does not play media. The headphone test does not play any sound, but the green indicator does show. The headset test does play audio on one ear which I believe is normal. The computer does not seem to be aware there is any problem. It connects and the configuration does not display anything differently. 

Steps I have tried:

Automatic troubleshooters (did not recognize anything wrong)

Restarting computer

Uninstalling bluetooth and audio drivers

Installing drivers from HP website
