Can't hear anything from my Zbook G3 by Headphone

HP Recommended
Zbook G3
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a ZBook G3, but when I plugged my headphone into my laptop. my laptop recognizes headphones normally but does not hear any sound at all. I found out and edited in Window's Sound but it said this application is managed by another software called Bang & Olufsen, when I edit it, I still do not hear anything?
Please help me fix this.

@Gintoki

Please try,

(a) Right click speaker icon and select sounds

(b) Select Playback tab,

(c) Right click your headphone device and enabkle it.

Regards.

Gintoki, right click on Headphones object under Sound option in control panel and go to its properties. Headphones have to be plugged in for this option to show. Once Headphones Properties dialogue box is open go to Enhancements tab and make sure option "Disable all sound effects" is unchecked. This was the resolution to the same issue I was having that you are. I hope this helps.
