Conexant HD Audio Driver automatically switches mode (movie, music, voice)while i play music
10-04-2017 12:09 PM

Just Brought my notebook (HP PROBOOK 450 G4 i3 7th Gen) few months ago. I didnt play mucic with much because i have dextop pc with speakers configured. i was testing its sound drivers few days ago and noticed sound bumps on some music. Then i find out that Speaker Experience mode changes on some music. it goes Movie or music mode.
Now the thing is i dont want this smart feature and i want it to stay at a perticuler experience mode.
I have given link of my download source bellow
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-probook-450-g4-notebook-pc/10477253
you can find drivers on audio section.

Please, did you find solution how to disable this switching mode? For latest Windows 10 April 2018, the drivers were updated from windows update and the switchind app (flow.exe) is still there, swchiting modes.
Any clue?

This seems to be working --- "renaming the exe in c:\program files\conexant\flow to keep it from coming back".
