I have reviewed the article in regards to "fixing the audio problem". However, upon reading the article and downloading the corresponding software for my PC, the issue still persists on a daily basis. I restart my computer, then BOOM audio driver fails again. Windows, Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, whomever this issue is pointed to, pleaseeee fix this issue before I must get a new computer. I am a student at a University studying Mathematics and Computer Development. I ABSOLUTELY NEED my computer in full working function. I need the audio for the videos I must watch to learn. And obviously I need to be able to listen to my music while I am developing not only applications but developing my mind with every task I must complete.
This issue has been at hand for far too long. Since December my computer has turned into a soundless machine.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
- What are the product and serial number? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824
- When was the last time it worked fine?
- What is the operating system?
- Have you made any hardware/software changes?
- Have you tried the audio output using earphone or headset?
Keep me posted for further assistance.
