I want to connect two external monitors to my HP 17" laptop. I currently use the only hdmi port to connect one monitor and wish to add an additional monitor (so that I could extend 3 screens) if that is possible. Thank you.

POA12AV (letter O) is an invalid product id, I think it is P0A12AV (zero) which is an HP ENVY Notebook - 17t-k300 CTO machine. We can't get its specs, but from manual of the series, it has following ports
- HDMI version 1.4 supporting 1920 ×1200 @ 60Hz
- Combination audio-out/audio-in (stereo) port, supports jack detection USB 3.0 (4 ports)
- RJ-45 (Ethernet, includes link and activity lights)
- AC Smart Pin power adapter plug
If you wish to have 2 or more external monitors (and notebook monitor - total 3), please enter your requirement on the following link and it will find for you few USB-A DisplayLink Certified options on market today including some HP products (you can select HP before Search)
