Connect two external monitors to laptop

I want to connect two external monitors to my HP 17" laptop.  I currently use the only hdmi port to connect one monitor and wish to add an additional monitor (so that I could extend 3 screens) if that is possible.  Thank you.

POA12AV (letter O) is an invalid product id, I think it is P0A12AV (zero) which is an HP ENVY Notebook - 17t-k300 CTO machine. We can't get its specs, but from manual of the series, it has following ports

• HDMI version 1.4 supporting 1920 ×1200 @ 60Hz
• Combination audio-out/audio-in (stereo) port, supports jack detection USB 3.0 (4 ports)
• RJ-45 (Ethernet, includes link and activity lights)
• AC Smart Pin power adapter plug
