HP Roar Plus Wireless Speaker HP SR 8250 GOH97AA
Other

Hi, I don't find a better section to ask, so sorry for that in advance:
My problem, suddenly my HP Roar Plus Wireless Speaker Device is not connecting with bluetooth no more. It don't even get the device into paring mode. I turn it on and it don't starts blinking (paring mode) it suddenly stays constantly on (White circle light).

No matter what I do, charging, uncharging, reset over the phone button (blinks white and orange), no difference.

But it still says hello and goodbye on /off turn and beeps for volume changes.

Any suggestion or help is deeply appreciated, thx

Hi @p-bluetooth

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

To better assist you - Have you tried connecting it to a different device?

I'd suggest, try disconnecting all the Bluetooth devices connected to your phone or computer and then try setting up the speakers.

Let me know.
