Crackling sounds when connected to the headphones


My model is: Elitebok 840 G1

My Windows Version is: Windows 8.1 Enterprise x64


I have already tried:

1. Restarting Computer

2. Trying different headphones

3. Updating Audio Driver

4. Updating Chipset Drivers


Please advise on next steps for fixing this issue.
