Hp envy 13
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Love this laptop but just cant get over the speaker issue. So i have seen this posted in different variations and havent been able to find a true solution, so i will explain best as possible.

When listening to audio the speakers crackle/buzz, this crackle gets louder when i turn the volume up. Its unbearable with volume at 60 plus. Originally it was just the left side speaker, but now it is occurring on the right also so both are compromised.

The issue doesnt exist when headphones are connected, audio is fine so can only assume this is a problem with the hardware/fan/bios.

I have tried disconnecting and uninstalling the inbuilt realtek speakers, restarting and nothing has changed. I have disabled audio enhancements and hardware acceleration, no change.

I have even installed older audio drivers and no change.

I have seen some people fix this problem downloading certain amd drivers but this model of Envy 13 uses the nvidia mx350 so clearly not applicable.

If anyone can think of anything i havent tried please do let me know, open to trying anything. It seems like this may just be a device flaw in relation to speakers being affected by the fan. I have blown air into the speakers and the vents, nothing changed.
