DPCI.sys latency

HP Recommended
Pavilion cw0008nv
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello I have a pavilion cw0008nv specs:

ryzen 3 2300u

8gb ram

1tb hdd

Vega 3 graphics

I have audio cracking I run the latency Mon and here the results

I updated the bios but the problem is still available

Any solution? Thanks

I recommend you update the Audio drivers from the HP website: click here to find and install the same

 

While you respond to that, I recommend the below steps:

  • The best way to do that is using the HP Guided Troubleshooter: 
  • (simply select your description of the issue from the bottom of the screen to gain access to the next set of steps that should resolve your concern).
