Hello ! i have been using my Hp Notebook since the past 4 years , the problems i am going to describe started about 2 years ago.
1. The Display : My laptops display only works if its inclined at a certain angle like 45 and 120 degrees . This problem came arose about an year ago .
2. The battery and charging:my laptop wont even last for 2 minutes without charging it needs to be charging all the time .This problem is a year old.
3.The high frequency sounds coming from the laptops speakers :This is a new problem , my microphone was not working so I was checking the sound in device settings, suddenly this high frequency sounds started coming from the speakers .
P.S:I bought this laptop 4 years ago.

@mappinga If the device only works fine in a certain angle, that confirms a hardware malfunction and so does the fact that it doesn't hold charge, & the high frequency sounds from the speakers (unless you've checked with an alternate headphones or external speaker to identify the issue) that said, the best and only way forward is to replace the faulty components, if the device is within any extended warranty services, there would be no charges involved, however, if its no longer covered by any warranty, you may need to replace the battery (if it doesn't charge with an alternate adapter either), replace the speaker if the previously suggested external devices work fine and you may order the replacement parts on the HP Parts Store, use the HP Parts Surfer to find the part number and If you've already looked for it and couldn't find it on the HP Parts Store, you may want to get it locally at the online store such as Amazon or eBay, etc...as the part numbers are universal.
