Distorted Audio on HP Pavillion 15 dk0050tx
09-20-2019 03:00 PM

Hi, got the latest Pavillion i7 9th Gen Gaming laptop. After two days I noticed some weird noise with the internal speakers. Audio is perfectly clear with wired/wireless Headphones. but when Audio is played, there is a distinct grunting sort of sound in the foreground, with Audio in the background.
the other problem is I bought the Laptop in India and had to come to Germany, so what is the warranty procedure?
Any solutions would be helpful.
Thanks in Advance

Thank you so much for the reply.
But the software cannot be installed as it is saying THE DRIVER IS NOT SUPPORTED ON THIS OS VERSION (10.0.17763).
Also the volume is okay up to 24%, when I raise it more than 24% it starts to make noise and the videos need to paused and restarted to avoid noise at 24%.
Please help me out
