Go to friend who has Internet access with higher bandwidth and download this file.
Copy it on USB Flash Drive, plug it to your notebook and install.

Here is the user guide for your notebook>
See chapter 3 for how to check for sound recording (microphone).
Your maintenance and service guide will show you where the components are located such as a microphone. See Chapter 2, page 11 for where a built in mike would be located.

I have found the reference to the camera which says look in Help & Support for instructions on how to use webcam.
When I enter "Webcam" all I get is "How to install a usb device".
I also tired w7 search but found nothing.
Can you please tell me how to use the built in webcam.

I'm afraid I don't know, since I don't have a PC with a webcam.
Hopefully someone else will be able to help.
There should be software installed in your programs menu to operate the camera though, according to your user manual on page 16.
Check your all progams menu for such software.

Many thanks found it at last, my only problem is that it is a very large file and my computer and broadband link can only download it at 17KBs.
Do you know if this is available as a CD/DVD
