We are self isolating because of civic. My laptop has packed up and I have borrowed the above PC  which son had stored away runs on XL. I have no sound on it from  instructional videos etc but sound bleeps from system. Should it have external speakers please and, if so,  what type?  Thank you for your assistance. Neil.

Hi:

Mine has an internal speaker.

The parts list for the product number you posted indicates it comes with a chassis speaker.

Make sure the speaker is enabled in the BIOS.

Check to make sure the XP audio drivers are installed.   That is a must, because even with external speakers, the audio won't work if the drivers aren't installed.
