Good evening,

on my above mentioned notebook computer I installed Dragon Naturally Speaking 13 Premium software and during the personalization process the program lost the mircrophone and told me, that there was no audio device installed. And yes, both the microphone and the speakers were lost, which both were ok before.

I couldn't get them back so I deinstalled the Dragon software and tried to get back my audio, but I was not successfull up to now.

Looking in the device manager there is a yello triangled sign where Intel Smart Sound Technologie-OED is written.

What I can read if I look into this deeper:

Dcevice cannot be started (code10)

STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE

 

Usually I am able to solve this kind of issues, but here I am not.

 

Help would be appreciated.
