Driver audio issue -External microphone

Hi.

I have a serious problem since I updated windows to the latest version.

Something about the audio doesn't work.
In particular: when I speak into the external microphone, the PC detects my voice only if I scream a few centimeters from the microphone. It is not a problem with the microphone, it has been the same for 2 years.

 

The drivers that give me problems are the Conexant ones.

 

Can anyone help me figure out how to uninstall them completely and which ones and in what order to reinstall? I need to be able to use the external microphone.

I tried uninstalling conexant and using only realtek audio, but the microphone doesn't work properly even in this case.
