Have an Elitebook 840 G5 (Win 10) connected to Thunderbolt Dock G2 with Audio Module (3Ye87AA) - there is no sound coming from the dock - have updated drivers using HP Support Assitant. Cannot hear any soound from videos or windows notification sounds. Volume is up, mute is off and when I change the sound option to computer audio, sound is present.

Please help - feel like I may have hit a setting that affected this. Had sound a few days ago.

Updated all drivers and firmware, also used HP Support Assistant to ensure all drivers are up to date. Still no sound. i'm thinking it might be faulty hardware. Ironically, my wife has the same dock and I get sound when plugged into hers.  = (
