Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My computer's external audio is not functioning.  When I insert a headphone jack, I can hear audio, but nothing out of the speakers when the headphones are removed.  Bluetooth function works also.  I have run diagnostic tests, uninstalled the driver, performed the power reset, updated all software, and still no sound.  Any other ideas on how to fix this issue?

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues with the audio on your computer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you click on the speaker icon at the right-hand bottom of your computer screen and make sure that the laptop internal speakers are selected as the audio output.

 

If it is selected correctly, then run the audio troubleshoot and it will automatically check and fix any audio issues on the computer.

 

Here is how it is done.

 

  - Launch Troubleshooting by typing and clicking “Troubleshooting” in   

  -  Windows search.

  - Click on "Playing Audio".

  - Follow the on-screen instructions.
