I have a HP Envy x360 and the problem i'm having is that the main audio thing is Bang and Olufsen and it keeps automatically muting any input audio from my mic/headphones and even the internal speaker. It doesn't mute incoming audio but it mutes me randomly and frequently. Please help i've tried restarting it and everything.

For better clarity and to assist you better, I would like more information regarding this.
Please let me know the complete model# of the unit and the operating system.
- When did this first begin?
- Did it happen after any software or windows update?
- We also need to isolate the issue to being hardware or software related.
If this happened in the recent past, you could restore your computer earlier in time to a good known working date before the issue started. Link for system restore: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03327545
If this does not work, please uninstall the audio drivers from device manager. Then update the bios, chipset and audio drivers from this link: http://hp.com/drivers Please select the country and enter the product# of the unit and follow the on-screen instructions.

The third link is for windows 7, but the troubleshooting steps involved would still be applicable for windows 10 or windows 8.1
