Fading Audio - should this be a HP Pavillion recall?

This question has been posted by many experiencing the same issue. Should this be a recall for HP Pavillion?

HP, how can this be fixed please??

I actually did this yesterday and it did not work. 

I installed the link you suggested and it is not supported on this os. 

 

Any other suggestions or is this faulty hardware?

Which version of Windows is installed? Right click on Start > Run > write winver

Write winver says can not find this file. It is Windows 10 version 1903.

 

This seems to be more of a direct issue with the speakers on these computers however if theres another suggestion, will try it.

The driver can probably only be installed from Windows 10 version 1909. Call Windows Update via the settings and update.

Updated to Windows 10 ver. 2004 and still not success with compatibility of any of suggested drivers to fix this issue.

@banhien now you know exactly the model number as requested, what is your suggestion to fix this HP Speaker issue??
