HP Pavillion G7 2233cl. The speaker volume has always been low, even at 100% when watching videos of any kind from any app. Headphone jack works fine and volume has to be low or it's too loud. System sounds seem to be loud enough.
I have tried the following based on old threads:
1. Updated drivers. The drivers now just show "High Definition Audio Driver", not any specific company's drivers.
2. In Speaker Properties/Enhancements, turned on Loudness Equalizations.
Is there any way to fix this? Nothing has ever worked.

Hey Paul.
I need your help. I have the same problem with low audio sound out of my speakers on my G7. I tried the audio driver you suggested and now I have no sound. I'm pretty good with computers, but I'm a little out of the loop lately. How do I uninstall this driver you suggested so I can at least go back to what little sound I had before? Thanks for any help you can give.
UPDATE: I went into Device Manager and found both my previous audio driver with the new one you had shared that I installed. I disabled my previous one and restarted my computer. Same thing, still no sound from anything. I then reenabled my previous one and uninstalled the new one and still no sound and restarted my computer. I'm now looking for a way to get the sound back.
UPDATE: After I uninstalled the driver you suggested, I restarted my computer and used my Windows troubleshooting wizard and it fixed it back to my old one I guess. I have sound again. I'll just deal with what sound I have or use headphones where I can hear it louder.
