HP 15z-cw100 laptop keeps turning down audio volume

Pavilion HP 15z-cw100
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Every time I try to play audio from any source, after about 10 seconds, it begins to turn down to barely audible, despite the volume set at MAX. A youtube video on firefox, a Zoom meeting, or just an MP3 file playing in the default player, they ALL do it. I see this is fairly common; I've turned off "enhancements" no difference. Also tried seeing it there were updates for any audio drivers (AMD hi def audio & Realtek audio) no new drivers found. This is  REALLY limiting this Laptop's usability, surely HP has figured this out by now?

This is something to do with AMD drivers. Please

  (a) Uninstall Audio driver

  (b) do a cleanup using following information/fix:



  (c) reboot machine

Machine will re-install Audio driver for you.
