Product: HP 6500
I got the HP 6500 speakers along with HP laptop in 2017. I did not use them all this while but yesterday when I tried using them, its light is not glowing even after overnight charging. I stay in India(New Delhi). Is there a way I can get them repaired ?

Welcome to the HP support communtiy.
I understand that your Bluetooth speakers are not working, I am glad to assist you.
This seems to be a hardware issue.
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
- Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
