Hey ,
It's just been a week since I got this laptop . But whenever I try to skip through a video(or audio) , etc , I hear a crackle .Sometimes , it also happens when I'm typing (not lightly). I have tried troubleshooting and updating the drivers , Could somebody please help me on this?

I reviewed your post and I understand that you hear a crackling noise when you pause or skip a video.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you uninstall the audio driver from the device manager and check download and install it from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.

If you continue facing the issue, then run the audio troubleshooter and it will automatically find and fix audio issues.
Here is how it is done.
- Launch Troubleshooting by typing and clicking “Troubleshooting” in Windows search.
- Click on "Playing Audio".
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
