Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have HP ENVY X360 15.6’’ laptop, its audio is powered by Bang  &  Olufsen speakers which is in the right and left of the laptop near to top of keyboard, Sometimes the volume getting very low and i checked it in the control panel speaker setting configuration , but while checking the audio my both speakers have different volume sometimes and sometimes both are very low, I contacted service centre and they change the os and i got the report about it the problem was the os I installed from the update, but after the 2 days of service i am facing the same problem, anyone can help me to solve this problem?
