Hello,

I have an issue with my laptop and it is that whenever I'm listening to music or watching videos, a crackling sound comes out and volume goes loud and then very low, then normal and so it goes. I have no idea whether this is a hardware or software issue, but it is very annoying when trying to play anything. Note that when using headsets, this issue does not occur.

Kind regards,

Leonel

3) Right click on the Audio drivers and click on uninstall.

4) Restart the computer.

Also, try updating the computer -

Step 3 Windows Updates -
