HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15m-cp0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My bluetooth has been consistently dropping for both my Beats 3 headphones and my Logitech mouse.  I have updated all of my drivers but nothing. It is to the point where bluetooth is not worth working with and that is preventing me from using the laptop for the purpose I have bought it for.

It has been doing this since I purchased the laptop but I didnt make the connection that it was the laptop and not the bluetooth till recently when I have tried multiple mice and headsets.

@MickeyHaugh Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that the HP Envy 15 Bluetooth CONSTANTLY dropping.

Let's start with the Hard Reset: (To release any excessive static causing the issue).

This method works for a variety of Driver connection and ‘stuck’ program issues.

  • Shut down the computer

  • Disconnect all external devices - everything.

  • Remove AC power and the battery

  • Press and hold power button for at least 30 seconds

  • Reconnect the AC power (only),

  • Power on > Login

  • Next time you shut down the system, reinstall battery and follow the below steps.
