HP Recommended

I've just bought an HP Envy 15. The audio quality is really horrible, I expected from the image before buying that the grill next to the keyboard were the speakers, but the sound is coming from tiny grills under (!) the laptop! What is the point of these huge grills then!? It's not for cooling, I don't feel any air while the fans are blowing (which they are always doing btw...).

Am I missing something here?
