HP Envy x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Envy x360 audio speakers randomly go quiet and I hear a crackle; in addition, when I plug in headphones with a microphone, the listeners hear a broken audio and crackle when I speak. To remedy this, I purchased a USB microphone and headset and it by-passes the issue.

One last comment... I have an HP extended warranty on this computer. Purchased at Best Buy. If this issue requires repair, do I bring back to Geek Squad at Best Buy or do I contact HP Support directly? If HP, what is the correct service number?
