HP Envy Speaker not working

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi I have a HP Envy laptop and the speaker has stopped working, all audio test fail, even plugging in an external speaker and still no sound. I have reinstalled the driver and even reset windows but the speaker remains silent. How do I get this repaired or is there something else I can try to fix this?

Make sure you have tried the troubleshooting steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue.

 

If the hardware test fails and the issue persists, I'm afraid this could be a hardware failure. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options
