Microsoft Windows 11

Hi there,

My HP Envy x360 Conv. which is rather new has had this sound problem right from the beginning: The sound is fading in and out when watching videos, so I have to constantly turn the volume up and down. This happens very regularly. Also, the right speaker makes a low crackling sound every now and then. Things I already tried so far with no success:

- audio driver update (Realtek)

- deinstalling/ reinstalling audio driver

- hardware test on startup (test ok)

- deactivating/ activating audio improvements.

It seems that a lot of users have the same issue but there`s no standard solution if any solution at all?

Please advise, thanks-

Son
