Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

In HP Audio Center isn't possible to activate HP Audio Experience if the external speakers or headsets are connected. I try everything: uninstall the driver, re-install the driver, but nothing! If I install no HP original driver, the sound is from both sources, so I keep the original driver with the problem!This is my problemThis is my problem
