Product: HP Spectre
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The bevel on the side of the Spectre notebook doesn't allow the headphone plug to go in all the way, unless pushed manually pretty hard, and then keeps popping out.... frustrating issue.  I have a Bose headphone set, which works in every other digital unit I own, but this laptop seems to not want to take the jack - shold I shave the plastic nub on the headphone plug to make it smaller?  Or return the laptop?

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.

 

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
