OMEN Laptop - 15t-dh 100
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptops built-in speaker audio fades out when i start my laptop and play any audio. it will be full for 10 seconds and then it will fade out. other output devices i.e. external HDMI audio, and Headphones work just fine.

The problem seems to start two weeks ago, I don't know what triggered it.

i have tried

1. uninstalling/deleting drivers,

2. re-installing drivers,

3. fresh window installation (as suggested by Windows Support) cloud recovery windows (as suggested by HP Support) to reset windows

4. "Do Nothing" in communication devices in sounds in control panel

5. unchecked audio enhancements

6. updated windows

7. updated driers via HP support assistant

although now when i try to install the downloaded drivers from HP Omen drivers site (https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/omen-15-dh1000-laptop-pc-series/32827277/model/3282...)

i get this command prompt (image below) but no installation progress etc.

I have almost exhausted myself, spent two weeks with no solution as if there is none.

@ShahidSaleem

Please do a clean install Audio software/driver, this should help.

(a) Download the following driver and save on your computer,
               https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp104001-104500/sp104428.exe
(b) Go to Device Manager, Sound to uninstall sound driver (Realtek) and reboot,
(c) Right click downloaded file and select Run as administrator,
(d) Reboot again.

Regards.

@Banhien

I tried the instructions as you described. It didn't work. The problem still persists.
