HP Omen Bang & Olufsen not in HP Audio Control

So I just got a new PC to do music production on, but when I play audio everything sounds bass depleted, flat and tinny. I found out the problem was that B&O wasn't even turned on and so I attempted to activate it. However, when I opened up HP Audio Control the option to turn Bang & Olufsen Experience on doesn't even exist. I tried Omen Audio Control but that wouldn't even launch. here Is a screen shot of what it should look like...

I really hope there is a solution to this because until it gets fixed the PC is basically useless for music production.
