bang and olufsen app missing and even the sound drivers. the relatek hd audio and even in device manager its showing the amd sound device please help....

Please check HP Audio Control to see all bells and whistles

 

(a) Hit Win key to Open main menu,

(b) Locate HP Audio Control and open it

 

You can change/add ... setup many options (such as equalizer for example).
