Hi, my laptop's speaker and headphone jack produce crackling sound. I have tried uninstall and reinstall the driver, lowering the default format, disable all enhancement, and disable application to take exclusive control of this device but still produce same problem. I also disable the driver and use external sound card (Creative Soundblaster G3), and that soundcard produce crackling sound too. I don't think the laptop's sound board is the culprit. My last effort is reformat my laptop. At first it seems reformat solve the problem, but after few minutes, the crackling sound problem returns.  Does anyone know how to solve this problem permanently?
